Google now offers display ads to local businesses
Yesterday, Google revealed the addition of a new service to its AdWords program. It will now allow local advertisers to purchase display ads on Google maps listings. Advertisers will be charged on a cost-per-click basis. Marketing News has the story.

“Google has added a video sharing component to its Apps Premier suite of hosted communication and collaboration software, betting that companies will find it useful for a variety of workplace uses.”
Google Video will utilize the same infrastructure as YouTube and will give subscribers up to 3G of video storage per account.
